And should add: Get Views, Create Views, Delete Views too?

I do marketing for different branches of a driving school.
Each branch I create a database to manage students in that small area (using the same field types, field names…)
There is a most important brand. Mostly when I manage the main branch database, likely I will edit it (add more fields, edit field names…etc)
I was able to get the field names and types of the databases via API. but I can’t add the changes to other databases automatically.
I want access these API mentioned above to be able to synchronize them to other databases. Thanks
