Best way to get a response from Bika / AiTable?

Hi I’ve been trying to reach someone at Bika/AiTable for a bit and not getting responses. Was wondering if anyone knows of a trick to get a reply or any kind of help with things like changes and issues with your account. How do customers get Bika or AiTable staff to communicate or provide some level of support to paying customers?
