Can Bika.ai automate blog post writing and publishing?
While Bika.ai doesn’t currently have native integration with platforms like WordPress or Webflow, you can still build a complete AI-powered blog workflow using automation, AI-generated content, and external API calls.
Option 1: Use AI Text Field
Add an AI Text field to your blog management datasheet in Bika.ai.
This allows you to:
• Configure the AI model manually or via integration
• Set up a custom prompt
• Reference fields as variables to personalize the output
Example:
“Write a blog post about {{Topic}} for a {{TargetAudience}} in a {{Tone}} tone.”
Note:
Please make sure all variables used in the prompt (e.g., {{Topic}}, {{TargetAudience}}, {{Tone}}) exist as fields in the current datasheet.
The AI Writer prompt can only reference fields from the same table where the AI Text field is used.
Option 2: Build an Automation Workflow
Create an automation like this:

Trigger: When a record is created/updated or matches a condition

Action 1: OpenAI - Generate Text → Generate the blog content

Action 2: Update Record → Save the generated text back to your blog datasheet

Action 3&4: Send HTTP Request or Run Script → Publish to WordPress via WP REST API or through a Zapier webhook
