Trying to upgrade to the plus tier. None of the tiers seem to allow me to pay. I’m -923 credits somehow. Please advise.

I am directly through you guys. I’m going to try to upgrade again right now and see what happens. Since the daily credits seem to have fixed it, I’m just going to make a attempt to uprate again. Also, how do I just buy credits if that’s the need?

That’ll help us confirm whether it’s a billing sync issue or something else on your account. Once I have that, I’ll pass it to our billing team right away for review.
