Change api token, but can not get the confirm code via email

Hi,
Recently, I want to reset my API Token, the popup require me to type the code that send to my email, but I did not receive the code via email, I tried so much time.
At that time, the function of change password working normal.
Please, check just the function send code via email for reset the TOKEN.

  1. Which email address should be receiving the confirm code?
  2. Did you perform the API token reset and the password reset operations at the same time?

  1. I used the email login for owner/ manager account
    2.No, I’d just tried to reset API token first (several times), after that I required to change password.
    Importantly, I try to use 2 Owner space account. The problem happened too!
