The system is now telling me:
“You have exceeded your chat credit limit. Please upgrade your plan or contact support. Upgrade Plan”.
I don’t see a chat credit limit in the usage table under Usage. So, I am now stuck. I cannot talk to anyone, living or virtually.
After spending two whole days trying to figure this out (because the templates you say to use don’t work very well):
- I told the Agent Builder to build me a Project Manager and model it after the COS. It did, but guess what — you cannot add it to the team. That took 1 day to find out.
- The same problem happens with any of the template agents.
- Eventually I discovered you have to put them in a space folder, then propagate through to the team.
Your documentation is no good. And when you ask the Chief of Staff, they say they are working on it — but then come back saying they don’t have access to my stuff! What! They are GOD, why don’t they have access to see what’s wrong?!!
Now I have to upgrade my plan all because of this, or wait 30 days to regen credit. This is so wrong!!
