We tested this on our side but couldn’t reproduce the issue.
To narrow it down, could you confirm which case it is?
- After importing, did you change field types and the data disappeared?
- Or did the data never show up right after the import?
If possible, a short screen recording (or a sanitized sample of the Excel file) would help us reproduce.

We don’t have permission to access your space, so could you please check first if there are any empty rows in your Excel file?
Sometimes blank records appear at the top after import — you can set the record display to 1,000 per page and scroll through to see if the data is listed further down.
If the data still doesn’t show up, could you please invite our engineer to your space so we can take a closer look?

You are right. The top few hundred record were all blank. The database has been fixed now
