I thought checking this option would send email notifications to the selected members, but even after several tests no notifications were delivered.
Could you let me know if I’m missing something or doing it incorrectly?
I would like to have a function to duplicate an entire automation.
To clarify, I’m not referring to copying a single node inside an automation, but rather duplicating the whole automation itself.
If there is already a way to do this, please let me know.
Hi @Headchef.Yang Answer 1: Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are currently fixing this issue and will notify you as soon as it is resolved.
Answer 2: Currently, copying an entire automation is not supported. If you want to duplicate the whole automation, you can export it as a bika file and then import the bika file to replicate the entire automation process.
Note: If the automation trigger or action contains other data tables, you will need to export the corresponding data tables together as bika files as well.
