Hello,
I would like to suggest the following features to improve the user experience and usability of the forms.

1. Automatically hide the sidebar on mobile devices when opening the form

  • Description: When users open the form link on mobile devices, the sidebar is visible by default, which hides the main content of the form. This causes confusion, as some users are not intuitive enough to manually hide the sidebar and properly view the form. It would be helpful to implement a feature that automatically hides the sidebar when the form is opened on mobile devices, or at least provide an option to configure this behavior.

2. Function for downloading attachments

  • Description: Currently, there is no dedicated feature to download attachments from the forms. This makes it difficult to access certain file types, such as PDFs. Without a download option, these attachments become unusable or impossible to save locally. I suggest adding a feature that allows users to directly download attachments, both on desktop and mobile devices.

3. Improvements to form customization

  • Requests:
    1. Ability to add images in the form description: It would be very helpful to be able to include images within the form descriptions to make the information clearer and more visually appealing.
    2. Fix for long descriptions: Currently, if a description is too long, it gets cut off or is displayed incorrectly, making it difficult to read all the information. A fix is needed to ensure the full description is displayed correctly and is readable.

4. Limitations on form submissions

  • Description: I suggest adding a functionality to limit the maximum number of submissions per form. For example, if a form offers 5 codes, I should be able to configure the system to allow only 5 submissions. Once the limit is reached, the form should automatically deactivate or notify users that no submissions are allowed anymore.

In summary, the requested features are:

  1. The ability to automatically hide the sidebar when opening a form on mobile devices.
  2. A dedicated feature to download attachments directly (including PDFs).
  3. Enhancements to form customization:
    • Adding images to the description.
    • Fixing the display of long descriptions.
  4. The ability to set a limit on the number of submissions per form.
