Answer2: Could you confirm if your case is that you opened two browser tabs—one showing the automation page and another showing the data table—and then you’re switching tabs to check if the data is updated?
If that’s the case, this is expected behavior since Bika doesn’t yet support real-time data synchronization.
However, if you only have one tab open, after the automation finishes running, you can see the latest data simply by switching nodes in the directory tree. In this case, you don’t need to manually refresh the page.
I understand that’s how it currently works. However, with other services like AITable, you can see the changes appear field-by-field or record-by-record as they are applied. With Bika right now, I have to manually refresh every time just to see the results of the automation. Even if I have both the Automation tab and the Database tab open, I can’t see the changes unless I perform an action like switching tabs. This is a feature that already works seamlessly in AITable.
AITable’s funnel chart was very helpful for visualizing the flow of my business, such as advertising performance. I loved that I could visually identify where the bottlenecks were.

Since Bika.ai and Aitable.ai have different functional focuses, Aitable.ai enables real-time data collaboration, whereas Bika.ai does not. Therefore, you need to switch the left resource list to view updated data.

I understand from your detailed explanations that the functional focus is different. Nevertheless, I really hope this part can be implemented. It’s honestly quite inconvenient to always have to wait for the process to finish and then switch views or refresh the page to see the results. There were even times I waited for a long while, thinking the process wasn’t running at all. For these reasons, I would be grateful if this could be improved.
