You can use prompts in Bika.ai through the “OpenAI - Generate Text” action to dynamically generate content based on your brand tone, product info, or custom instructions. After generating the content, you can automatically assign a task using the “Create Mission” action.
Example Workflow:
- Create an automation
Use the “OpenAI - Generate Text” action. In the prompt, you can reference fields from your database to personalize the content.
Example prompt:
“Write a blog post about {{Product}} for {{Target Audience}}, in a tone like {{Brand Voice}}.”
- Store the generated content
Use the “Update Record” action to save the generated content back into your content table (e.g. blog, newsletter, tweet, etc.).
- Assign it as a task
Use the “Create Mission” action to assign the writing or uploading task to yourself or your team.
