Locate the “Email” field and Click the right arrow icon to edit
Hi @Gary_Very, I’ve logged into Bika account with Google social login and it created a new free space account for me while I already have a Tier3 account that I logged into using email account.
The problem now is that I’m unable to unbind or delete that free account and when I try to bind Google social login to my Tier3 account it tells me that it’s already bound to a different account. Could you please help me? Also didn’t find any help chat or contact form where I can submit issue ticket. What is the right place to do this?
- Use a different email to replace your current Gmail association (freeing it up).
- Then, bind your Gmail to the desired space
Thank you. To be more specific - the answer was to add email binding on free account which then allowed me to remove current Gmail association.
