How can I get the quickest response to an issue? I raised an issue yesterday about incoming webhook responses that have gone from milliseconds to 60 seconds and I have had no response to my post.
Is there an email address we can send support requests to when we need to get urgent help? I love the product (and also AITable), but when we don’t get any responses, it makes people lose faith in the product.
I have logged this issue as I don’t think it only would affect me, so I am really trying to help the BIKA team with letting you know of issues encountered, but when there are no responses then I have to start looking at other tools to do what I need (which I don’t really want to do).
Please let me know the best way to inform you of issues, and how to get a quicker response?
Hi @Ben_M , we completely understand how frustrating it can be when you don’t hear back right away, especially when it’s impacting your workflow.
Our team reviews community posts daily and does our best to respond and resolve issues as quickly as possible. That said, some issues require more investigation and testing on our side, which can take a bit longer to provide a meaningful update.
Posting here in the community is still the best way to ensure your feedback and issues reach the team.
Our colleague has already responded to your earlier post as well, please feel free to follow up there if you have further questions.
I understand that things sometimes need more investigation and I would fully support that, I suppose the issue I had was that there was no response, so it feels like no one has seen it or working on it. I would have been happy just for a quick reply saying we are looking into it.
Anyway, the product is still great for what I need, just want things to be how they were a few days ago with fast speed!
Hi @Ben_M, thank you for your understanding, and you’re right, we should have updated you sooner to let you know it was being looked into. That’s on us.
I’ve already flagged it to Kelvin, and he’s working with the team to investigate. There’s no definitive conclusion yet, but we’ll update you there as soon as we have more information.
