In Tier 2, do emails sent via Bika include Bika branding, and can I purchase and manage multiple Bika.ai spaces under the same login?

In Tier 2, if you choose “Send Email” as an action, the emails sent via Bika do not include Bika branding. However, if you set the email provider to “Bika Email Service,” the sender will appear as noreply@mail.heybika.com. You can also use Custom SMTP or SMTP Integration to send emails from your own provider.

For “Send Report,” the bottom Bika branding cannot be removed in Tier 2. If this is important to you, you can submit a feature request here: Feature requests - Bika.ai Community: Building Business AI Automation Agents. Once available, this feature will be included in Tier 3 & 4 plans that support branding removal.
