Waiting on the human team to answer question about intellectual property rights to all content and structure for my organization (now and future) being built on Bika.ai I want to make sure that I own the intellectual properties for creation of content and development of my organization. I asked the bot that elevated the question, but that was 2 days ago without a response. I am on free now, but this question needs to be answered before I change. According to Bika’s Terms of Service, you retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the content you create, upload, submit, save, send, or receive through Bika. In short, what belongs to you stays yours.
This applies to your content and does not transfer ownership of Bika’s services, software, or content owned by Bika or third parties. For specific organizational structures, workflows, or AI-generated materials, the applicable rights may depend on the source materials, third-party services involved, and applicable law.
