Hi all!
I got a paid subscribed to bika.ai for its email service cos I dont want to use my domain for now. But, it doesnt send my emails. I’ve been testing it out but to no avail. It says in the log that it’s a success, but i dont see it in my email.
And the counter still says zero, you know, that number you see beside the send email icon in the automation.
Can someone help me?
Hi @Marc_Adrian , if the log shows “success” but the email wasn’t delivered, and the Send Email counter still shows 0, it’s possible that:
• The email step wasn’t actually triggered due to an earlier filter condition
• Or there may be an issue with how the recipient is configured
Could you please share:
A screenshot of your automation steps — especially how the email recipient is set up
The Send Email step’s Input and Output details from the log (click into the step result)
This will help us take a closer look.
