Hi @Marc_Adrian , if the log shows “success” but the email wasn’t delivered, and the Send Email counter still shows 0, it’s possible that:
• The email step wasn’t actually triggered due to an earlier filter condition
• Or there may be an issue with how the recipient is configured
Could you please share:

A screenshot of your automation steps — especially how the email recipient is set up
