How does One way link not available in Bika? I believe this is an important function to many people and me.

It is available - it is called “Link” in Bika

The one-way link feature has already been logged in our feature pool and I’ve passed your request to the P&D team for further consideration.
At this stage we don’t have a confirmed ETA — really sorry about that. Please keep an eye on our release notes for updates.

They are actually not the same field type. In Bika.ai we currently support Two-way Link.
