I cannot access the Bika.ai platform. The platform is completely inaccessible when I try to log in or open the dashboard. This issue began on December 11, 2025, around 1:00 AM (GMT+7), and persists even after multiple attempts on different browsers and devices.
may I ask if your language is set to Vietnamese? Currently, bika.ai does not support setting Vietnamese as the display language. Could you let us know how it was set? Did you change your browser language to Vietnamese, or is your computer system set to Vietnamese?
Notes:
1. I tested by setting my browser language to Vietnamese, and everything worked normally — I was able to log in without issues
2. Could you please provide us with a screen recording of your operation? This will help us locate and resolve the issue more quickly
3. Could you try switching your browser language to English and see if you can log in normally afterward?
