When using Lookup, is there any plan to allow applying a filter or choosing a specific database view?
This is a simple task in Airtable, but here it requires too much effort—or I have to give up on it entirely.

I totally understand your point — this has been raised a number of times and we’ve recorded it.
As a workaround, you can create a formula field, set the formula to reference the lookup field you need, and then use that formula field for filtering.
It’s not as seamless as direct view-based filtering, but it can help achieve something similar in the meantime.
I’ll also keep this feature request submitted to the product team for consideration in future updates. Would you like to give the formula approach a try and see if it works for your case?
