I don’t know if this is related, but it certainly started with the expired server certificate.

Secondary issue: there was a storm in my area last night and the internet kept flickering on and off. I noticed then that if there is no internet connection, Bika immediately switches to a page like this. This is annoying. Please change it so that if there is no internet connection, you can still at least look at your database…

EDIT: Also impacting n8n. I haven’t tried Make, but I imagine that is also complaining. Do we have an ETA on when the team will fix this? Please don’t say Monday.

EDIT 2: So can we expect SSL issues every ~2 months, judging from this AppSumo screenshot? Come on guys.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and are working diligently to resolve the issue.

We are pleased to inform you that the issue has been fixed.

I’m so sorry that the CDN certificate renewal was delayed and caused you inconvenience.
The renewal was delayed because the monitoring system failed to trigger an alert seven days before the certificate expiry, even though it had detected the issue. Also, the process had flaws. The manual operations lacked a second - confirmation mechanism, which led to the omission of necessary actions.
