First of all – thank you so much for your detailed feedback! We really appreciate the time you took to share all of this with us. ![]()
Just to quickly answer a few points right away:
- On the Billing page, in the top-right corner there’s a “Usage” button – if you click that, you’ll see a detailed breakdown of how your credits are being consumed. (We realize our design didn’t make this clear enough – that’s on us, and we’ll work to improve the visibility.)
- Regarding the Chief of Staff, we’re currently building a new delegate capability, which will let it properly assign and manage tasks across different sub-agents. That should make the workflow much smoother.
I just wanted to get back to you quickly with these clarifications. I’ll take time to carefully review each of the issues you raised and follow up with a more detailed response shortly.
Our product only launched last week, so we know there are still gaps and rough edges – we’re working hard to improve quickly – your feedback is very valuable.
I am sorry Support, when you go production I think you should be ready to go to go production for real. I am sorry, you are not there yet! Your credit expenditure process is all missed up my friends. And what you are doing is asking me to pay for you continued development. No, I am not paying you for that. Now, give me 100k of credits and i will give you complete testing and komodo’s screenshares of the each problem that i am having. So that you can see in real production world settings. I will continue to pay for my plan, but give me 100k credit and i will gladly work with your support team to get these problems that i see taken care. BTW, who am I, I am older retired tech Enterprise Database Admin with over 25 years of SQL Server experience of handle billions of dollars databases multiple varied. Also, I am currently an AI consultant and i have been a product release specialist years of a production software company, so i do know a little something, something! You what someone with skill to get great example I am here! You got something very good software idea, but not there! If i cannot do what i want, you are not going to make it. Tell me what you want to do and I’ll get started - i got nothing but time!
Until things are fixed, please set my account to the FREE plan or let me know if you want my assistance as describe in my previous reply. I attempted to degrade today however it will know allow me to degrade to the FREE plan.

We’ve already had an internal review meeting around your feedback, and created issues covering every point you raised — including credits usage concepts and explanations, mission improvements, handling negative credits, membership and credits display, clearer consumption logs, usage prompts, and billing rules. Your feedback is deeply valued, and we’ll need a bit of time to polish these areas, but please know it’s being taken seriously.
Regarding your account:

If you wish to switch to the Free plan, you can click “Cancel Subscription” in your Space Settings > Billing. Your current subscription will remain active until the next billing date.

If you prefer to terminate the subscription immediately and request a refund, please send me your Space ID via private message, and I will assist you from our side.
