What if my email is already registered and I can’t redeem my Bika.ai code?

If you’re trying to redeem a code or bind a Tier plan to an email (let’s say A@email.com), but the system says that email is already registered, here’s how to resolve it:

:white_check_mark: Solution: Transfer your plan to A@email.com

Let’s say:

• You used B@email.com to redeem your AppSumo code

• But you want to use A@email.com as your main login

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to A@email.com (the already-registered account)

  2. Go to My Settings → Account and update the email to a temporary one (e.g., C@email.com) — this will free up A@email.com

  3. Now, log in to B@email.com (the account that holds your redeemed Tier)

  4. Go to My Settings again and update the email to A@email.com


That’s it — you’ve now transferred your plan to A@email.com successfully!
