Why is there a support email

I am having lots of problems, i have no one or method to get answers. Every question i ask of the chief of staff - he gives me answers but no step-by-step answers. I have wasted hours and hours of asking the questions, no way to do what i want. Someone has to help me or else I am cancelling my account immediately. I don’t have time to waste trying find out how to do things. Also, every time the ai gives links they do not work! and send me to a 404 page!
I really like what you have here but if i cannot do what i want! Valid processes i need to do! My patience is lowering by the min!
